Chan Family Choy Lee Fut San Diego Grand Opening

This is the first in a series of workshops designed to teach methods of the Chinese Martial Arts, these methods can enhance any martial style and improve ones overall skills in the arts, no matter what system you study. It is open to all, of all ranks, or people who are just interested in these great arts.
This workshop is taught by guest instructor Jay C Shrewsbury, an expert in the Chinese Arts and a 30 year practitioner. Jay has won numerous tournaments on the local, nation, and international circuits, and Jay holds rank in numerous styles.
Saturday?s workshop will be held from 9am-noon, 1pm-5pm and Sunday from 9am-noon, also on Saturday from 6pm-9pm there will be a special workshop for Black Belts of all systems. (lunch will not be provided)
Saturday?s morning workshop will include internal martial arts basics, methods and how they can apply to all arts, the afternoon session will include gung fu methods and techniques, including tiger style boxing. Sunday?s workshop will focus on health and longevity methods.
