For practicality and safety, no “big” throws, such as shoulder throws, will be covered.
Mats and Spare Throwing Jackets will be available.

The Taoist masters say in order to be a healer you need to heal yourself first.
In this seminar you will learn the foundation for what it takes to be a qi healer. You will learn the methods for developing and conserving your own qi. You will also learn diet and meditation methods in order to develop the higher levels of qi required to be a healer.
Qi healing protocols, postures and mind intention methods will also be discussed. Supplemental exercises will be given.
