Ox in 2009 - You’ll work more and achieve less. And old affair returns with entanglements. It’s a time for perseverance. For 1925, good fortune comes if you don’t worry needlessly. Don’t be officious or take medicine arbitrarily. Quell your anger. For 1937, don’t be greedy with money or things won’t go your way. Take time to care for your family. For 1949, health may be poor. Volunteer for public service and donate more or an unexpected personal financial loss may result. For 1961, strong initiative will be smooth. The passive approach will be blocked. Diligence overshadows dullness. For 1973, make advance plans. Don’t embrace Buddha’s feet in an hour of need or success will be difficult. Your wealth is lucky. For 1985, study and develop practical things. Don’t aim too high, but start correctly, or you’ll fall short from lack of final effort. The secret weapon of success for all oxen this year is striving steadily for victory. Don’t follow blindly. You’re health may be poor so exercise regularly to the point of sweating.

1/5–2/4:  Don’t be hindered by anything that crops up by surprise.  Be psychologically prepared.  The key to success is to be firm with an indomitable spirit.

4/4-5/5: Make compromises or too many others will turn against you.  Communicate more with your superiors to avoid an unnecessary misunderstanding. 

5/5-6/5: Strictly follow the rules.  Leave nothing to chance, especially if there’s a potential regulation violation.  Seek your fortune.  It’s a good moon for financial gain.

6/5 –7/7: Anticipate sudden changes.  Married oxen should avoid enticements.  Unmarried oxen may shift lovers. 

7/7– 8/7: Hindrances arise.  You go back and forth with little progress.  Avoid implementing anything major.  When things arise, discuss it with others.  Don’t go your own way.
