Question Is the May/June Issue of Kung Fu Out?

Just wondering because I saw that in another post that it was but when I went to Barnes and Noble and Borders I didn't see it.

    Ciao

If you look on the main page, they will post the newest issue about 3-5 days before it comes out. http://www.kungfumagazine.com

    On stand dates

We time our newsstand release by the atomic clock. The scheduled time of release for our next issue - May June 2004 is April 6th. Like Harry Potter, I know some of you will be camped outside your local stores, waiting for the release. Please don't frighten the neighbors by waving around weapons as you wait. We thank you for your support.

OK seriously, the scheduled onstand date is in fact, April 6th, but distribution is not that exacting so issues may arrive at a given store a week or two ahead of that date. They are put on the newsstands whenever the store workers have time, so they might appear several weeks after that date. Magazine distribution isn't that scientific mags that aren't weekly. This is one reason why cover dates are always a month behind (May June on stand in April). Subscribers went out by bulk mail two weeks ago, so you all should be receiving your issues now or very soon. We'll probably put it up on the site next week or so. We have some filming next week and our ad close, so like those store workers, we'll do it as soon as we have time.

Thank you for you eagerness. That's really cool. Have patience with our distributors. Until we're as big as say, the Weekly World News, our distribution will be subject to some unpredictability.

I hope it comes out on the 6th down here, so I can get a copy. I still haven't been able to get the money together for a subscription . . . I have to resubscribe to Men's Health, too . . . I only read two magazines . . . forgive me . . .
