1)if there was a da mo, it is thought he was persian or indian.

2)the Phoenicians are fairly well studied and a lot is known of them. There is nothing that says besides perhaps a wayward boat or maybe two even landed on the shores of north or south america.

3) London was built by the romans and so far there is NO evidence indicating otherwise and certainly nothing pointing towards a prehistoric inhabitation outside of fantasy legends and such.

To be fair, not all of London has been excavated, and nor shall it be, but so far, it is attributed to teh romans who conquered the british isles.
