    Palacios on the tube

I caught Palacios on Telemundo last night on some news program. The interview was in progress and I watched it for about 15-20 minutes pero mi espanol es muy malo . They were taking callers. Jose's left hand was bandaged, but he seemed to come off well, better than the interviewer in my opinion. I was going to search Telemundo for a clip but got distracted by Sin Senos No Hay Paradiso.

this has to be a demo, right?

I just had lunch with Cung yesterday

Josh “The Punk” Thomson is training under Cung but I wouldn't call him one of Cung's fighters. He is listed as a trainer and coach at Cung's gym now.

Another up and coming fighter that I just met yesterday is James Terry. He might be on the undercard for Shamrock vs. Diaz coming this April 11.

No, I think that's Rudi Ott he's fighting.

So what about Cung? Whens our boy going to get back in the ring? Hopefully at leats by summer.

I saw a blurb in fight magazine that made it sound like there was a talk of Fedor vs Cung fight?! Wow.

    Oso & Cimaroon

Oso - I'm guessing that's a demo fight. It just doesn't seem as staccato as a real match. Some one please correct me if I'm wrong. Cung & Rudi did a similar demo for our Gala Benefit Feature Masters' Exhibition DVD. Technically, Cung is a cover master but we couldn't set up mats for the evening stage, so he performed during our afternoon free show.

Cimaroon - I answered you on the Strikeforce: Shamrock vs. Diaz April 11 San Jose thread that I just posted.

there's no ref, definitely a demo.

that cover picture is like looking at old pics from the 80s with folks in stone washed jeans, flock of seagulls hair, and a half-shirt....
What would happen if a year-old baby fell from a fourth-floor window onto the head of a burly truck driver, standing on the sidewalk?
It's practically certain that the truckman would be knocked unconscious. He might die of brain concussion or a broken neck.
Even an innocent little baby can become a dangerous missile WHEN ITS BODY-WEIGHT IS SET INTO FAST MOTION.

ya, 'no ref' ...didn't even notice that but you're right. i was just looking at how many times Rudi Ott (? i think it looks like him too) fed kicks into throws.
