Help with Small Plum Blossom
I am fairly new to Choy Lay Fut (since November 05) and I am having some trouble connecting the steps on the Small Plum Blossom. I am looking for a video to watch at home when I practice because I have a hard time remembering when I am not training with my instructors. Does anyone have a link or know where I can buy a dvd or video to help me remember the steps? You all know as well as I do that Choy Lay Fut has to flow....that is my problem....I have a hard time forgetting Tae Kwon Do! I wish I never would have taken it! Any help is greatly appreciated.
