Does anyone know the meaning of the different colors of lion heads?

Multi-Color:Liu Bei, Red-Black:Gwan Gung, Black: Zhang Fei, Gold:Huang Joon, plus the new colors which are just that new colors. There is a ton of other stuff about lions such as length and color of the beard, what the color represents and what occassion they are used for, ettiquete, rules,ect.
