Free New Years day workshop/open mat
IN MAHWAH NJ To anyone interested AFS will be having a free workshop / open-mat on Jan 1 New years day from 12:00 till whenever. The Topic will be the Kachin styles of Burmese Thaing /Naban / Lethawae views toward fine tuning your training for actual self defense.
This is open to all levels of training from beginning to advanced. It is a chance to have a good workout a good time and also get a taste for the Kachin style of fighting
