Hi IRON OX SOUTHERN MANTIS or(TIT AU TONG LONG) was founded by CHOI TUT AU in Wei Yeung Kwong Dong Province.It is a southern mantis style that shares a lot of similarities with the other few branches of southern mantis Iron Ox southern mantis is known for its speed and power some of its forms are Sar Po Chin and Fat Sau Iron Ox southern mantis has has more weapons sets than other southern mantis styles.The late Grandmaster of this style was HO GON WAH he passed away 3years ago in the U.K. this style is still practiced in the U.K. by sifu HO YUEN HUNG (JOHN HO)he is the son of HO GON WAH.Does anybody know anything about this style.FIRE HAWK
