I will teach two roads of the form as well as two man drills for elbows, palms, strikes, capturing etc.
With an emphasis on the following.

There will be a lot to cover and I will drill the students with little chance to rest.

    Morning Kevin & Jim-

Any feedback on the weekend workshop? I lived an hour south of Nashville up until six months ago, or else I would have surely attended!

    Hi Jason

How have you been? I really like this version of beng bu. It has a springiness to it, really shows the light bounding skips and hops. So far we learned 5 two man drills to master. Shifu also had a six harmony staff class. Went over the form with him critiquing each of us on the form. Then we learned more of the two man form. This is a terrific stick form and the two man is fun but challenging.

Outstanding! I was back in Nashville for a weekend about two months ago but things were too busy, I'll try to give a shout out next time I roll through town.
