    The last time I saw a copy available for sale in the late '90s it went for $95. None available for sale since then. I guess it depends on whether a person is interested in the volume or not. Also whether or not they are a collector of rare items...

    Well, my own Mantis training was mixed with Longfist and Bagua (from a Chinese master to a Korean lineage), so I can't really say for sure, but it looks like seven-star mantis to me...

    Hi Jake,
    it's 7 star Mantis Chap Choy,
    I have this book. the form Chap Choy is in the book there is a pull out at the back with all the pages of Chap Choy form on one sheet.
    the Stances are not that good but it's good for collecting.
    Cerebus $95 that's well high a price for this book !
    but if your a collector it's a must!
