    Ran into Brian from the Pitt grappling club. We rolled. I got him once with an omoplata when I couldn't get an armbar. It was nice getting to grapple w/ someone during the week.

    Messed around doing a kettlebell swing type motion with a 45lb plate. The plates at the gym have a hole for gripping. It was the first time I did these, they felt alright.
