Continuous sparring with some level of control. You can go as hard as you want to the body but control the head contact. Although I think I can convince Si jo Crayton to forgo that rule this year.

Basically you can hit as hard as you wanna get hit, keep in mind this isn't San Da and so can't do any throws since the matches are done on a gym floor. And you will get warned for exessive contact to the head since ufc style gloves are used.

The judging is based on your overall performance at the end of the fight.
