Yes it was Sifu Tam Yiu Ming, former instructor with IWTA with GM Leung Ting:
  • Suddenly has leapt to Grandmaster status ,
  • agrees with Derren Brown's statement that he is the most sophisticated wing chun master in Hong Kong ,
  • talks about the one inch punch then proceeds to put out the candle with an ordinary punch, should it have not been a one inch punch ,
  • then finally, the focus pad punch takes a nice pull back of about 8-10 inches (download buffering stopped the clip exactly at the point of pull back which was somewhat humorous!)
