I got totally robbed and raped in forms yesterday..especially in the eagle claw division...

i wish i had footage...anyway the crowd dug it... i dunno what the officials motivation was but it wasnt pure, anyway , i don't really give a fugg.
today is sanshou , either i win or get ktfo at least i cant get cheated in that division.

Well, I'm officially training again! I do karate all this week, then get back into lifting next week! My abs are sooooo weak, I shake when I'm doing a crunch, but I'm no longer injured!!!!!!!

I'll post pics of my out-of-shape ass (not my ass literally, my ass figuratively), my planned diet, and general training regimen in my training blog in the Training forum in the next few days.

God, I went from 140lbs at the test, to 191 pounds of lazy lard-ass. I've never been overweight. EVER. Just another bit of motiviation to eat, train, and live smart, I suppose.
