Have heard great things about the Isshinryu System book. And, from the pics on the site, his presentation of the kata are almost identical to my school, so rock on. His bunkai own a lot of @$$, too.
As for Motobu Choki - Karate: My Art, well . . . it's frikkin Motobu Choki. Naihanchi free-wheelin', I can beat your @$$ and you know it, Motobu Choki. Both of his books, plus commentary on him, and his relationship with Funakoshi.
