Just got done watching that episode ironfist. I guess it may be real, i've seen him before on YouTube so i don't think it would be the show faking it if anything. If it is true then we gotta find out how to do that! Lol
He should go against http://www.youtube.com/watch?nomobile=1&v=CuqkP5Mic2U
"EYAHHHHHHHHHH EYAHHHHHH" you'll get it when you watch the video, I started laughing, but this is still impressive.
Best I can do is supply a redirect link for a couple of days.

Kung Fu is good for you.
I wonder if he feels it the next day ?, a jaw punch would have been something they might try. Knock out versus pain, does it do both ?
Here's a thread that mentions that guy:
The first mention of Roy is on page 5 and through the rest of the thread.

The general consensus is that it requires some skill but is mostly a parlor trick.
A comparison was made to a stage magician, except the difference is when you go to see a stage magician you know you are seeing stage tricks. The magician doesn't lie to you and tell you he is actually sawing the woman in half.
I will say, however, that the demo on Stan Lee's Superhumans was at least more along the lines of "I've been conditioning myself to withstand strikes" rather than "mystic qi power" fluff. So props to them for that.

<BombScare> the end guy is hard.
It's impressive, but it doesn't look healthy at all over the long-term.
