world TRADITIONAL wushu championships.
doesn't matter if the form is traditional or not, the only form I've found useful in all my time studying TCMA are "foundational" forms a la Gung Gee Fook Fu, Iron Wire, Sam Bo Jin, some Baji stuff, Xing Yi stuff, etc. The type of stressful, strenuous building blocks to strength and a "gung fu body."
From my experience most CLF forms are just technical repetitions done in a different order with no real emphasis on the actual combat applications...
Doesn't matter either if a form is traditional or modern wushu, they really have no place in fighting and are only a tiny aspect of training.
To emphasize so much importance as to have a multi-national forms COMPETITION is really sad, IMHO.
I know some people will get offended by this but it is my honest opinion and it's not gonna change.
It is bias to think that the art of war is just for killing people. It is not to kill people, it is to kill evil. It is a strategem to give life to many people by killing the evil of one person.
