My cardio is superb at the moment. I train guys that compete, which means I pretty much train to compete, as well. But you are right, I don't lift much. I integrate kettlebells and heavy throwing dummies into class (and into the Tabata sets), and I do a lot of bodyweight stuff, but I rarely lift weights.
