Planetary alignment on a grand scale is occurring right now.
Through may 7-17, to the east, just before sunrise you will see a nice grouping of Jupiter, Venus, Mars and Mercury.

Very bright in the sky just at sunrise. With binoculars, you can see Jupiter's moons.

So get up early, face east and do some kung fu.
