Opens tomorrow
Two of my classmates from O-Mei Kung Fu, Kelly Kim and Kenny Leu, just left for Turkey yesterday. I know Garon in the article below. Wishing them all the best of luck.

The games start today
There's been a smattering of news on the newsfeeds, but mostly items from various countries about the teams they sent. I hope there's some coverage of the U.S. Team.
BTW, the Tiger Claw Foundation is the 11th World Wushu Championships U.S. Team Sponsor Quote:

Miniscule coverage
Some results are posted for sanshou, but it's not a very well organized posting so I'm not going to post it here. Go to the site if you're curious.

More results
Reports are disappointing. The official site is messy about results and behind. There's a facebook site that's a little more up-to-date, but it's pretty disorganized too. I've been getting more from my facebook friends who are there.

Turkey
When the IWuF selects a country to host the WWG, they should at least find one that can maintain a proper website. The result postings have been an embarrassment.
Here's a score listing that times out before you can actually get the scores. Hopefully this will be repaired by the time you examine it.

it seems the drama is already starting...
there are quite a few who are crying that it wasn't fair play that resulted in turkey getting gold in qiangshu. i've yet to review the footage, but the responses i've heard, so far, have been consistent.

Over just in time...
I know some people were hesitant to go because of terrorism issues. No one foresaw this.
