    I believe in mastery of stillness or no movement

    direct movement or no unnecessary movement

    Not really believing in excessive or deceptive movements.

    direct movement with lightening fast speed and thunder like power

    --

    maxims from tong bei (large movement with lightening speed) and ba ji (small and powerful moves)

    etc etc

    black popping dance is very cool. I used to black popping dance outside Diccos. Many movements like short power.
