To me, this statement indicates that contestants need to be of Chinese heritage, not just Asian. Although, I see a loophole. Someone who is non-Chinese (ethnically) but has Chinese citizenship should technically be able to enter if the quote is correct. Or, what if someone is a descendant of a non-Chinese (ethnically) Chinese-citizens? It would seem to me that they'd fit in because of a loophole as well. And what if someone is of mixed ethnicity (and part Chinese)? Not that I think any of these loopholes will come into play.Contestants must be a Chinese citizen or Chinese descendants from 18 to 28, be moral and free of bad habits, and unsigned by any entertainment, broker or producing company.
