crime avoidance books

Lately I've been more interested in crime avoidance than self-defense.

I've just ordered Real World Self-Defense: A Guide To Staying Alive In Dangerous Times by Jerry Vancook and I'm trying to get How to Live Safely in a Dangerous World by Loren Christensen. The second book is supposed to be one of the best as far as crime avoidance goes.

I'm wondering what are some other good books on crime avoidance?
