    dose any one know What is ROCHUAN ?

    all i know is just from shaolin dose any one know more info clips about it

    ROU = YAU as in yau kung mun..........rou gong mun Rou Chuan is a buddhist soft fist style also.

    I had a VCD of there forms from china it isnt as soft as it says it is, nothing like Yau kung mun softness.
