There's a short article about Choy Mok in the book "Complete Guide to Kung Fu Fighting Styles" by Jane Hallander (in the section titled "Esoteric Southern Styles"). Sounds like an interesting art.

Said segment says it's (unsurprisingly) a mix of Mok and Choy. I guess you can speculate that this would mean springy, mobile footwork and powerful, flowing hand techniques.

there was an article on it a new martial hero magazine a maybe a year ago or so. it was all in chinese too though. i tired to look for info on it after that, but never found anything. maybe try at southernfist forums.
