    That pic was taken a year back. I think Im much fatter now. But who cares, My wife is a model, so who could want anything more ?

    That seems like a pretty cool place. Pretty clean. Still cant believe the don’t have dogs. Wouldn’t feel save without them. If I can have a lion in my backyard, I would have one.

    My son is now 4, and he loves kung fu, but he loves lion dance even more. That’s him in the middle (in the head), and that pic was taken when he was only 3 (http://www.martialarts.co.za/choylay...ion2004ny1.jpg ). He also learned now that if he goes out and do a lion dance, he usually get more tips than the older students, and he always uses that money to buy toys and sweets and stuff. Now every weekend, he nags us to go do a lion dance so that he can buy himself some new toys.

    Xebs, you should measure that. I reckon ~20% is probably severely underestimating .

    no dude, the dude did the thing, i was at a gym at the type, he calculated 21% some, then i lost some more 2 pound doing excercise and didnt see any muscle go away so i imagined i was 20%
    at the time, that was
    right now i dont know, but i estimate at leats 22
    lets say maybe 24
    i dont know
