    The truth and nothing but

Only post here if what you say simply cannot be disputed by any reasonable person.

    Here's an example.

"An important strategy in any fight is finding superior position. If you are in a place where your attacks are effective whereas your opponent's attacks are ineffective, you have already won."
All my fight strategy is based on deliberately injuring my opponents. -
    Crippled Avenger

"It is the same in all wars; the soldiers do the fighting, the journalists do the shouting, and no true patriot ever get near a front-line trench, except on the briefest of propoganda visits...Perhaps when the next great war comes we may see that sight unprecendented in all history, a jingo with a bullet-hole in him."

First you get good, then you get fast, then you get good and fast.

It is important to study all possible ranges, as it is possible to end up in any of them at any time.

    This isn't 100% true

It is true if you also have your opponent in a position where he is unable to gain a superior position. Simply having superior position does not mean that your opponent is unable to reverse the situation, regardless of whether their attacks are ineffective. E.g. I may have mounted you, but that does not mean I cannot lose from there.

    Everything is relative....

Relating to the situation, because every situation is unique and never the same.

This forum is fairly interesting sometimes, but only because I'm at work and have a crappy job.
