This is inspired by that clip in another thread of the Street Climb dude. There's a group in France called Yamakasi who do something similar, basically Prince-of-Persia-ing across urban Paris.
ANyway, I was wondering if anyone knew what type of training and exercises these guys do to be in shape and get prepare to do these stunts. OBviously a lot of running, but I'd also guess lot's of plyometrics and balance training.
