    is this a good style for exercise?

    ive started to use tai chi for exercise, just wonderin if its helped you anybody out in the past. thanks

    Tai Chi is good for getting females,
    No actaully it helps with speed and agitily
    Technique and the flow energy can be perfected with this art
    Plus it helps stiff legs keep those strong trees bent for mobility and "springiness".
    It helps you in relaxation and blood flow, which is attatched to everything else in your body.
    Advice: Take everything extremely slow
    in a combination with another system of defense or attack you will see the difference in your entire body attacking instead of following the attacking limb.
    Results may vary in development in accordination with height.
    Style is only defined by the limitations of a system of fighting and defending. So when in medatation ask yourself not "what are the weaknesses of thine enemy" but rather so what are your own weaknesses
