    All right now, son, I want you to get a good night's rest. And remember, I could murder you while you sleep.
    Hey son, I bought you a puppy today after work. But then I killed it and ate it! Hahah, I´m just kidding. I would never buy you a puppy.

    Indeed. Got to the gym today about 5:30, was only two other people there. Had a great workout. Then, I came home, got out into the pool. Did some karate and a few step-things from the CLF Drunken Kung Fu tape (the Bai Sou [sp?]).

    I'm loving the Clean and Press from the hang. I forgot that was so much fun. First set I just used the bar, second had 5lbs on each side.

    I'm starting to notice a bit of fat loss and a little increase in muscle size. Certainly not a bad thing.

    And, I'm finishing up my trainer's course this coming week, and am gonna take the pre-test Friday, and the full test Saturday. All I need now is a CPR card, and then I'm getting my small business license. Gonna work through my gym as an independent contractor.

    I'm happy

    Question to all ,a question

    when training

    do you prefer a full class or a sparse one

    when instructing

    do you prefer a full class or a sparse one

    I prefer when the best ones are around n those u know and like. it's a better atmosphere then.

    Kris;

    Indeed, you did. Thanks to you and to all the ORA peeps who had a good word and well wishes. It was (and is) very much appreciated.

    As for training, I prefer a small class, both when learning and when instructing. When it's a small class, and I get to participate, it's nice to be able to have more personal session with people in a relaxed atmosphere. Takes a bit of pressure off, makes things less formal. Plus, I feel I get more out of the lesson when it's the small, core group.

    When instructing, I like the small classes. Them hooligan children are all spawns of satan, I'm sure.
