There are a lot of iron crotch threads here. I merged a few, but I could probably merge a few more...

Great balls of fire: Chinese weightlifter swings 80kg using his TESTICLES
A CHINESE man has lifted 80 kilos of bricks using only his testicles.

    Zhao Zhenhua in action

Zhao Zhenhua, 48, a practitioner of Xi Sui Jing kung fu, also swung the load, which was tied on with a rope, backwards and forwards by moving his hips.

His particular form of king fu is based on the principle that practitioners who are masters themselves can pass on their skills to their descendants.

But as one user on China's social media website Weibo commented: 'I am surprised if he ever gets any ancestors after tying that many bricks to his private parts.'

One observer claimed that Zhao Zhenhua managed to swing the load over 300 times by thrusting his hips.

The kung fu practitioner then swung the weight backwards and forwards

The demonstration took place at a kung fu training centre in the city of Zhengzhou in Central China's Henan Province.

Eyewitness Shaiming Liao, 37, said: "I would say it was an eye-watering display, I counted over 300 swings of his hips and he didn't seem to be in any difficulty as he lowered it down."

Many others commenting online also pointed out that it was believed that the practice of swinging weights from a man's testicles improved fertility and increased feelings of well-being.

Liao added: "It has been suggested by many that people who followed this style of kung fu could improve the quality of their lives."

I wouldn't call this guy a Kung Fu 'fan'

Anyone who practices Iron Crotch is more than just a 'fan'.

HE MUST BE NUTS! Fearless Kung Fu fan shows off his ‘Iron Crotch’ stunt as he lets a huge wooden pole swing into his ‘balls of steel’
The man can be seen allowing the huge pillar to repeatedly smash into his crotch - in a move said to showcase the strength of someone's manhood

A FEARLESS Kung Fu fan was filmed showing off his “Iron Crotch” stunt as he let a huge wooden pole swing into his “balls of steel”.

The man can be seen allowing the huge pillar to repeatedly smash into his crotch – in a move said to showcase the strength of someone’s manhood.

The man can be seen bracing himself as the huge wooden pillar comes swinging towards him

The huge wooden pole smashes into his manhood at force but he barely winces

Dressed in a black tracksuit, he was videoed as he squatted in front of the pole to ensure it hit exactly in the right spot.

He then pushes it back and lets it swing into him again.

The footage was posted on Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo yesterday by a user named Qidi Daily.

The Shaolin Kung Fu stunt is reportedly thought to treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, according to MailOnline.

Named the Iron Crotch, it’s a move designed to help men prepare themselves for being attacked in the groin.

It’s also thought to stimulate blood circulation and improve the flexibility of the tissues around the testicles.

Squatting down is believed to help transport “chi energy” to the crotch and make it hard as iron before being whacked by the pillar.

He pushes the pole, which is on a mechanism, right back allowing it swing all the way into him

He goes into a squatting position to ensure it hits him in exactly the right spot between the legs

Experts say the exercise needs to be performed at least 300 to 500 times a day to reach the strength of the man in the video.

Western doctors don’t condone the exercise as a treatment for erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation.

    You take that back!
sorry i was being heretical and blasphemous

seriously though, i have met many artists who are just 'expressing', and dont think about the communication aspects to their work. Thats why those ones tend not to be so successful imo.

No offense, but haggis makes me want to hurl. Black pudding is strangely delicious .

    Just my personal take.

I would rather see educational articles on esoteric gung fu systems like you did on that old black tiger article or articles on kung fu fighting tactics for our modern day enviroment.

That's all. Smoke 'em if you got um.

    Pulling with the pee pee

I think it is almost like an art. It takes a lot of concentration and dedication to get it right.
I was there when master tu was pulling my truck....and let me tell you...at the time...i was thinking...."man, this ain't right" But then you think...what is the point right? It's to be proven of the iron body. Hard qigong as you would call it.
I think you have to be really talented to do all that.
One of the Shaoling munks that was there, pushed a car with a spear to his throat. That was pretty amazine too.

We get a lot of people that order this . Asking if it will enhance their sexual performace and such. You know it can right?

  14. Thumbs up

I believe that the use of such obscure product for enchancing one´s "vitality" may possibly fend off the psychosomatic causes of weakened "vitality" in sexual activity which often is the cause for lack of it.

Maybe it should be called yinjing shen gong?

I don't think it is superfluous at all Black Jack.

It is for the purpose of pointing out what the human body is capable of with persistence and hard training.

A more practical application of some of the more curious iron body techs such as golden egg or iron crotch would be the ability to withstand a strike to an otherwise highly vulnerable area of teh anatomy.

There are dhyana exercises that allow you to slow your blood flow which is highly useful should you be injured by being cut for instance.

These types of Kungs are indicative of what is possible. They do provide interest to those who do not have much of an understanding of asian martial arts and what is entailed in the undertaking of their practice. They are meant I would think, to draw the neophyte closer in interest to the overall offerings of qigong and Kungfu exercises.

The iron body and the iron palm are yet more results of methods drawn from the same principles as those that are employed in iron crotch training.

mpo is that these articles are of high interest and show us all that there are things we can achieve in the curriculum of our kungfu practice that sets kungfu apart from all other arts and gives it just that little bit of "more" than what is offered in your standard "punch, kick and grab" curriculums. For those who have practiced for a good period of time, the endless stuff regarding position, punching and kicking etc etc can get a little ho hum.

I realy like the emphasis that KFQG has been putting on various gongs and systems of gongs for enhancement of ones Kungfu skills.

Keep it up! (metaphorically speaking that is )

    cheers
Kung Fu is good for you.
