    Shi Yanming in Yoga Journal

    My wife, a certified Yoga teacher, poked me and said I should have written it - the Gurus of Hip Hop - in Yoga Journal on stands now.
    That top ten martial arts show on testosterone week on TLC, now this. Monk Yanming sure knows how to get into different arenas.

    is he truly an authentic shaolin monk? the reason i ask is that now a days monks pop up everywhere you look
