besides, if you go by the older norse myths, the valkyries aren't anything you ever want to meet. they got spruced up somewhere along the line, apparently. shortly after asgard hired a consultant to help them "improve client satisfaction." the result was what we'd all expected. hire beautiful people.

I like how in Valhalla they get to kill the same pig every night and spit roast him!!! The next day the pig comes back to life and it starts all over again. The pig even has a name!!!
