I say in short: it was pleasure to be a guest at Phil's school and practice together. I really reccomend to everyone. Nice place, nice people, lot of understanding and respect even if we do quite...
Phil, I'm sorry for my delays but I promise to visit your school in next few days/weekends. One more time thank you for your invitation.
Crap!
but the best part is this:
 "Tang Yik was the founder of the flexible wooden dummy which is fixed on the wall"
brrahahaha
Spencer,
I'm sorry but I think I did not understand you well enough,
...and who told you I'm trening Wing Chun?
yes, its true but life and reality is simple, don't complicate it
I'm normal and rather stay away from the cultish doctrines :)
Kiu Sao -
"People are trying to put a lot of difficult meanings to a simple principles"
interview is as always nice. I never been his fan but i watch his movies - now this guy dissapoints me more and more :(
it was one of my first kungfu movies watched in 1980's. now I have it in my library and really reccomend this movie to watch
yeah, there was a mantis wooden dummy form created to honor GM Chu Chung Man's wengchun but it is not wengchun
:) none of them
the username who posted this video is 'wingchun' but the form is from southern mantis, i think
bow to you, Rene!
hahaha, high five for that show! :D
in my opinion its good if there is more wengchun schools and teachers then just one. it makes that our art will not die. the problem might be with personalities and their way of spreading the art....
thanks for comments,
as I mentioned before, all we know about WengChun today comes from oral traditions and from hard practice in Dai Duk Lan. No one of the DDL masters have teached weng chun...
would you give us any examples? please
Hi, thx for the artickle
some people suggest that YM and CCM were related as a family due to name 'Man' but it is not true. They were a kungfu family only. YM often came to Dai Duk Lan to discuss...
