Since Ive seen Shi De Jian do his routines or sets on this huge cliff, I have desided to check this out on a small bench to really focus more on the structure and postures and balance, I think the bench is 1 foot bij 6 foot.
I have to say, it helps out alot, Most I do is Xiao Hong Quan on the bench, It is more a straight forward routine then i tought.
Does anyone else practice as extra help on a bench, or a cliff ( wich I would never do ) or a square etc.
