he said on that page thread that he does xingyi, but that he was shaolin do for a minute. maybe hes just ashamed to admit he is shaolin do still

Yes, it's a Shaolin-do form. Supposedly one that Sin The' made up and copy written. I've never heard it called Sea Dragon "monster" before. When I practiced SD it was called Sea-dragon's cane. He is a bit choppier in his performance then the way I was taught this form and the intent behind some of the moves is different.
