Come join Grand Master Chan Siew Kee 陳紹箕 (Founder of Sarping), Master Albert Fong Kong Yip (Deputy President and Chief Instructor of Malaysia Khuan Loke Dragon & Lion Dance Association), and the LQLionDance team for 3 full days of Sarping Lion Dance Training Seminar in Seattle, WA. This is the first time GM Chan comes to the USA mainland to teach.

The LQLionDance team has worked tirelessly to secure this event. The masters' schedules are extremely busy and we are honored to have Grand Master Chan and Master Fong come teach us their Sarping Lion Dancing system. Instead of keeping this event quiet for our team only, we asked the Masters if it is ok to invite our friends to participate...to our delight, they agreed. So, we would like to extend our invitation to you all...come join us! The catch is, we can only accommodate 100 participants at this time. Event agenda will include detailed and hands on training in:
- Lion Dancing history (...includes Sarping Liu Pai system history)
- Instrumental: The Sarping 18 pattern drumming
- Hand/Foot movements: Dancing movements accommodating the patterns
- Traditional floor routines: How to perform a proper floor routine
- Jong routines: How to safely perform on the Jongs
- Competition rules: How to judge a performance in a LD competition

There will be lots of opportunities to have personal 1-on-1 help from both Masters during the event. Expect this event to be intensive and be ready to practice...it's not just theory. Come get all your questions answered about Lion Dancing and learn from the Grand Master himself.
