My vision is not what it used to be, the image is too small for me to read the characters - but it looks like Fu Zhen Xiong....
I believe Robert is correct. It also looks to me like Fu Chen Sung, also well known as one of the Five Tigers.

Ok he is a ba gua zhang sifu , I thought maybe he was a Wing Chun Sifu .
