Body and hand conditioning (iron palm) in Lee Kam Wing 7* mantis?

Just wondering if the Lee Kam Wing lineage of 7* incorporates much body and hand conditioning? From what I have heard of this system of mantis, it appears to be a wonderful and very comprehensive style.

I have heard that one of sifu Lee Kam Wing's books mentions iron sand palm , but have not read the book.

Does the style teach methods like striking a bag filled with pellets and using special iron palm medicines?

And is this something that is widely practiced in the Lee Kam Wing organisation, or is it reserved only for a few select students?

And how about breaking? Does the Lee Kam Wing system do things like breaking bricks or concrete? (I realise that bricks don't hit back and all that ;) but I do think there is some value in being able to break as an indication of conditioning and striking ability.)
